Carson National Forest - Northern New Mexico

Hwy. 64 from Taos, NM to a tiny town called Tierra Amarilla, is only about 60 miles, but the drive will take at least two hours. There is no problem with the road, in fact it is excellent, but the sights are worth slowing down to enjoy. It was a bit rainy this trip so the pictures were limited.

If you own a motorcycle this is a great drive in good weather.
