Sandia Peak Skiing, NM, 2008

December 31, 2007 thru January 2, 2008 - Exit 175, from I-40, which is just east of Albuquerque, NM. North on Hwy 14, about 4.5 miles to Frost Road. West on Frost Road about six miles to ski area. This is about ten minutes from my home. None of he Grandchildren had ever been skiing until this trip. Tony on the other hand had been raised in Colorado and was raised on skis. Everyone was skiing by the second day. We did top to bottom, Blue, Black, Green Runs, and even a few trips through the trees. I had been cross country skiing daily, but this was my first downhill in a few years. Words are insufficient to describe the fun we had, but I think the looks on everyone's face tells it all.
